Middleclang Hurg cheese
Middleclang Hurg Cheese is a famous variety of cheese, which was previously thought to have been made in the town of Middleclang but later found to be imported from Ardelburg.
The cheese is made over many months using the Hurg of the Galmuuk-Beast which must be pressed between the thighs of a burgmeister of the Ardelburg to achieve the unique flavour.
It is best accompanied by Middleclang Mead.
