Lightning

One of the Tertiary Elements, often considered a nearly-even mix of Air and Fire. The powers contained within includes the annoying ability to zap people accidentally when touching them, especially on dry days. Masters of the element, with no discernable progress in between the previous ability and the next, could raze small cities with bolts from their hands, or the heavens, at the users discretion.
