Item Law #287

All "Named" Items (Such as: Floapy's Powerful Forcefield Ring of Invisibility) will have to pay an extra 55% of the normal item submission fee. In addition to paying a vanity tax of 85% of the Item's sale price to the Item Law Makers Guild within 10 days of selling the Item.
1. This law does not pertain to Claygon, nor will it ever apply to any of Claygon's items, that will and won't be made should they be made in a situation where they wouldn't normally not be made.

All Magical Items must be Named (see Law 1), thus this law applies to nearly all Items.
