Temperature Regulation Clause

1. No item shall give the ability to raise or lower an individuals body temperature up or down by 5 degrees.

Notes

A famous loophole in this law, found by a smartass Ice Elemenstor by the name of Ann'Dee Gray-Bull, allows basically any temperature change, simply by choosing a scale where the degrees are big enough. The Guild never bothered revisiting the law as they only wrote it to throw their weight around in the first place.
