Immortals and Immortality

Immortals are fairly common, and come in three flavours;

• Gods and Goddesses, who live forever, if they exist at all, or which can occasionally be destroyed by extremely Epic Elemenstation
• Creatures which are born living forever, such as the myriad forms of Elves. These live forever, but are not immune to being soundly beaten. Immortal species are often Full of It. Wizards are also generally immortal, either by freakish natural birth or having a couple of friends in very high places (see: Mardrangion).
• Others who are a) Cursed to live forever, generally hating everything or otherwise finding something with which to occupy the millenia (see: Co'ner the Bright Eyed) or b)Have reached such Epic levels of Elemenstation that death itself is no obstacle. (see: Harbinger Portent).
