Ysthargnall

Ysthargnall is a leviathan of the Inky Deeps, possibly related to the Elder Gods by marriage. He is known by many names: The Devourer of Worlds, the Scourge of the Deep, Beast-With-A-Thousand-Livers, Crusher of Cute Animals, Ender of Smiles, Teaser of Chickens and, for some reason, Lizzie. It is said that should Ysthargnall ever gain access to the mortal world he shall consume all life in the universe, extinguish all stars, shatter planets and reduce dust to even finer dust, and all before midday.

Ysthargnall is said to reside at the bottom of a bottomless pit of inky blackness, which has since been revealed as the Bottomless Inkwell, which has since been renamed to The Bottomless Inkwell of Ysthargnall.
