Windswept Reminder, founded by Jorgston The Seal of Ending in 30,950, is a southern city in The Shield which is populated entirely by those who, through no fault or intention of their own, fulfill any number of the hundreds of thousands of prophecies that exist regarding The Ending Times. The first of its kind, this city, which Jorgston began as a lowly shanty town, was the model for many other cities and villages for the Living Signs of the End, who where hated and feared for being reminders of the Imminant Ending of All Things.
