William the Straight

The 121st King Alfafanar. After depsoing his brother, King Brian the Fab, he revoked the rules of fashion, dissolved the Brotherhood of the King, outlawed the growing cult of Fabulism, and sought to regain the Alfafanian economy, and to win the Financial Wars. A skilled Money Elemenstor, he personally led his accountants into the Battle of the Fish Markets. After the financial wars he managed to rebuild Alfafanar's economy, and set up a new, wholly useless Guild of Free Traders, and, after ruining Money Grand Elemenstor Martan Starwert, declared himself the Grand Money Elemenstor.

William is also responsible for the Barrenlands Charter which was piviotal in the rebuilding of Alfafanar's economy and keeping Kundo Maaa from creating a new season, called "Frumper".

Ironically, he begat no heirs. Although he was a real hit with the ladies. He just had... problems.

He was succeded by Dave the Questionable, his brother.
