Ul'hala the Giggleman

Appearing in Episode 203 of the Wizbits as an emissary of the Fedoraborne, Ul'hala imparts the sad news of Vel Jinglefist's apparent death.

As his name would suggest, Ul'hala is one of the mysterious Gigglemen of Vi, a strange and secretive people who are primarily fond of hats* and worrying livestock.

Ul'hala's primary weapon is the Box of Hoochy-Coochy Dancing, a fabled box infused with the powers of swing and jazz, capable of afflicting an opponent with an embarrassing inability to control speech and movement.

* Gigglewomen are, apparently, not very fond of hats although this assertion is hotly desputed by the Gigglemen.
