The UkhK'Lth'uk can be most simply described as the religious leaders of the Boar Men, but a more accurate description paints them as dark acolytes of the Demon God Resh'zantharr, ensuring the liturgy of his worship is disseminated to his people.

Many scholars cite the "Shezdor incident" as a failing of the UkhK'Lth'uk in their task of guiding and protecting their people and their Dark God, but as this quote from the marketing material for The Journey of Shezdor so eloquently puts it:

It is not recorded what happened to the UkhK'Lth'uk after Shezdor wiped the entire race of Boar Men from the material sphere, but it assumed that they dwell with their Dark God in the Really Big Hole, waiting to be granted another people to hold dominion over.
