The Unhinged Rotunda

A rotunda of immense power and wisdom, the first to transcribe the Nine Levels of Ga'ze'bo into a form understandable by Elemenstors. It claims to predate the Hierarchs but this is of course unverifiable.

In the second season of the Wizbit cartoon The Unhinged Rotunda played the role of narrator, this was only revealed in episode 11: The Return of Skip! in a long and involved dream sequence that Skip experienced after being mentally invaded by the inhabitants of the Cataclysmic Bluont via the corrupted Starborn Gem.
