Relnea, the second Trial Giver was angered that she had failed to come in first during the game of tag. The trial devised out of her spite merely consisted of requesting the permission of the third Trial Giver before the third trial. This wouldn’t have been so bad if the Third Trial Giver had been anybody other than Bureaucros, Master of Inefficient Government Infrastructure.

As such, the trial involved filling out the largest request form in existence and waiting in The Incredibly Long Line of Bureaucros.
