The Elemenstor Saga

In 1999, a fierce bidding war started between major Hollywood studios over the film rights to Tycho Brahe's thirteen-part Elemenstor Saga. In 2000, Warner Bros. placed the winning bid at twelve million dollars and thirty cents. Production on the first film began in 2002, with Richard Harris cast as Elemenstor. Unfortunately, due to his untimely death, Harris only played Elemenstor in the first two scenes. He was replaced by an actor nobody recognized. It is speculated, due to the actor's absence in the credits, that nobody on the production team, not even the casting director, can identify him. The first flim was released in 2003, and though it made 300 million dollars at the box office, it was met with mixed reviews. Many critics complained that, due to the fact that they picked scenes from the book to film completely at random, one would need to read the book to understand what was going on. Due to the fast rate at which the production team has worked, five more parts have since been released in the elemenstor saga, each one recieveing pretty much identical box office and critical success as the first film. The seventh film is currently in production.

Many disgruntled ELotH:TES fans, who were unhappy with the film adaptations of The Elemenstor Saga, decided to pretend that the films didn't exist at all. Instead, they referred to the films as The Chronikles of the Elemancers, and claimed it was a ripoff of The Elemenstor Saga. An obvious hoax, considering the fact that they spelled "chronicles" wrong.

A rumor recently reported on Ain't It Cool News is that Uwe Boll may have secured the rights to future films in The Elemenstor Saga. Witnesses claim that Boll convinced Warner Bros with alternate tactics of "shouting and smiling". Proposed changes to the movie series include bringing in James Van Der Beek star of Dawson's Creek to play the part of Elemenstor, a promise to include "every single moment of the ELotH : TES universe in exactly 120 minutes", and a redone movie naming system which will start with "Elemenstor: The Comeback: Part 1".
