Steward Earl Philip Stewart-Earle
Philip Stewart-Earle was a prominent resident of The Kingdom of Yymp not long before the Vampyric Wars. With a surname very similar to full name of the ruling steward of Yymp, whose name was Earle Steward, the two were often confused.
Given that Earle Steward was the Earl of the Yympian town of Steward as well as being the Steward Earl (the Earl who is the Steward for the King) of the kingdom, it meant that Earle Steward was often called away from his Earl-ing duties to attend to matters of the crown. As a result, he often left Philip in his stead to act as a Steward to the Earle (a noble acting in place of the Earl).
Historians often mistake either of these two figures with Earl Stewart Earle who was an earlier ruling Steward-Earl of Yymp who also hailed from Steward. Given this confusion these historians often use The Steward Earl Stewart Earle Steward, the Earle of Steward to refer to any actions performed by any of these figures.
