Spirit of The East Wind

A mystic spirit, possibly a rogue Elemanifestation that gained independence after some incident in the past. Whatever her origin, she supposedly interbred with an Elemanifestation, one albatross-esque entity known as Camdoo W’Teelf, to create the Witch-Elves. It is known she had a "thing" for albatrosses, which adds some credence to the stories.

Being the spirit of the eastern wind, it is her job to blow dramatically when a cape-wearing or long-haired Hero stares westward. Surprisingly busy. When she physically manifests, she resembles a Witch-Elf in a saucy transparent robe.
