Rune Knight

A combination of Paladin and Schoolmarm, the Rune Knights teach the kids of Battal all about how to spell, usually by carving the letters of the Standard Battal Alphabet into the flesh of offending monsters, brigands, and/or drunks.

Note

A Rune Knight is not to be confused with a Magic Rune Knight, the mighty warrior magi whom normal Rune Knights envy with a deep and abiding passion.
