The restless restuary of resting is a place that allows the person entering it to fall into a deep, restful slumber. The native people of this plane, the Tearz, are constantly in a state of rest, and their society exists via linked-dream state. Their religion is one that believes in the grand alarm, and their prayer consists of long bells and loud noises, hoping that one day, something will awake them. They do have work tommorow.
