Ogre

Bogyn's Nastiness Rating: 114 (Nastiness Incarnate)

Rather large and brutish creatures that live in and around swampland. They are larger than Trolls, but smaller than Giants. They are reptillian humanoid creatures, with skin color usually ranging between molting orange and bright green. Ogres only have facial hair, all of them appearing as bald, although they often have gill-like ears and horns on their heads.

Ogres were once an intelligent and wise race, and still are, secretly. They are chiefly a species of actors, scholars, authors, and chefs. However, a terrible curse placed upon them by Regina Vadime, who divorced the Ogre Prime Minister of the time (Krunchin Oxflorgin) after only two years of marriage and decided to get her revenge on all Ogre-dom. Apparently, she couldn't stand having to tell him to put down the toilet seat and pick up his socks every single day.

Currently, due to Vadime's curse, any non-Ogre sees all Ogres as brutish, smelly, uneducated, murderous, wild beasts who can barely talk. This has caused much tension between the Ogres and the other Races. The Ogres consistantly want to rid themselves of the curse and be recognized as more than Creatures, however, any Elemenstor or Sorcerer they ask for help only hears something along the likes of "Grarghaa! I rip out your balls and smush your insides! Gararalgaha!"

Ogres all have a deathly fear of Cats. Especially cats in boots.

The Oni are closely related to them, and are actually dangerous, stupid, and violent - rather than just seeming that way.
