Ninja Shadow Litigation (Card)

One of the more poorly-planned cards in the Tales of the Wang Mountains expansion to the CCG, this card delayed friendly and tournament games the world over with vicious bouts of rules-lawyering. The nature of the card allowed clever players to exploit it and pillage an opponent's deck of items. It was the growing ability to 'ninja-loot' decks that lead both to the brief rush on 'ninja decks', the introduction of cards specifically to counter the Ninja Shadow Litigation card, and ultimately, the banning of the card, a dubious distinction shared only by the Gangster Octopus and HAX cards.
