The Many-In-One Theory

A very new theory about the author of ELotH:TES, originally suggested at the Elemenstorm 2005 convention in October 2005. This theory, a sort of combination of the Single Author Theory and the multiple-author theory presented by the FfaTTBE, suggests that Tycho Brahe wrote the entire saga, but was influenced by multiple personalities created as a result of the drinking and pill binge. If this were true, it would explain the bizarre changes in both plot direction and writing style which occured throughout the series, without falling back on the somewhat-paranoid conspiracy theories created by groups like the FfaTTBE.

This theory has become very popular of late, because of its many connections to ELotH:TES lore. Some people say that the Many-In-One Theory is reminiscent of the many entities within the Starborn Gem, even going so far as to say the Brahe is the Gem incarnate. Those who believe this have gone on to suggest that James Langomedes, famed Wizbit creator, is a fragment of Brahe's psyche which had splintered off from the whole, much like Aklom Reklats separated from the Starborn Gem.

Interestingly enough, although many people attended the convention where this theory was first proposed, few people can recall who actually suggested it. Some people say that it was first proposed by a mysterious man in a trenchcoat, who, overhearing a heated argument about the Single Author Theory, made the comment "What if this Brahe guy was, like, crazy or something, and had a bunch of personalities?" So far, this individual, whom some refer to as the Mysterious Bystander, has yet to reveal hiself to the public, leaving few clues (and many, many rumors) as to his real identity.
