Item Law 461

Addendum to Obscure Item Commands Law

The likelihood of success and/or effects of an enchanted item is directly proportional to the length of the command.
Volume further enhances success and/or effects, but to a lesser degree than length.
If Obscure Item Command also involves a lenghty transformation process, this process will be uninterruptible by enemies regardless of its length or how many times they've seen it as specified in Law 162.
