Item Law #419
Advance Fee Regulation
- All fees related to the registration of magical items must be paid at the time of application for registration.

- Failure to anticipate additional fees that may be identified during the registration process will result in the following:

- The magical item will be returned unregistered. An application for registration must be filed again.
- The initial registration fees will not be refunded. These fees, plus the additional fees identified during the previous registration process, plus a fine of 13 Curld, must be paid at the time of reapplication for registration.
- If the subsequent application for registration attempts to avoid the fine mentioned above (by applying for the registration of the item under a different name, or by any other means), a fine of 26 Curld will by applied to the item's registration, and the item will be returned unregistered in accordance with Item Law #419.
