Timenes is Not a Democracy Clause

1. No item shall be crafted which might enable the use of timesorc'ley.
2. 1. Exception may be made for beings of extraplanar or hypertemporal origins for the duration of their visit to Battal, provided they do not allow their timesorc'ley enabling items out of their possession at any time.
   2. 1. Should said being allow said item out of their possession at any time, the Item Death Squad shall act as though the hypertemporal and/or extraplanar being were a native of Battal who had violated this law.
      2. This exception does not exempt said extraplanar and/or hypertemporal being from Item Law 88.
   3. Exception shall not be made even if the intended user is a qualified Chronosorcellor.
   4. 1. Exception may be made at the discretion of the Item Law Makers Guild if and only if the item in question is usable only by the qualified Chronosorcellor in question and under no circumstances could said item be employed by another being, except where said item follows Item Law 65. In these cases the item must satisfy Item Law 88.
   5. Exception shall not be made even if the intended user is an Elemenstor.
   6. Exceptions shall definitely not be made for mundane sentients of any kind.
3. Violation of this law is punishable by swift death at the hands of the Item Death Squad.
