Masters of all of the Biological Elements. They serve as doctors and medics for general illness and injury. Due to the fact that they must study four to eight Elements (the Biological Elements and sometimes Life) they rarely have the specific knowledge for the tasks they most commonly preform and usually just prescribe leeches. Patients report that leeches do not help their ailment, no matter how many they eat. They therefore rely on more reliable forms of treatment such as witch doctors, voodoo priests, and just "hoping it goes away".

Despite this lack of business, "Kwaqs" charge enough for their services that they can live quite comfortably, so long as they have a reliable leech supplier. They generally spend their free time playing a game where you hit a small white ball with a stick, then go get drunk.

They are generally disliked by other Elemenstors due to the fact that their work leaves they continously sticky and often smelling of their elements.
