Knack Spotting Children

Children who can somehow sense if someone has the Knack or not, even if the one with the knack is not aware or the abilities have not yet manifested. How these special children gain these abilities is not known but they almost always lose it at about puberty. Knack Spotting Children may or may not also possess the Knack in about the usual proportions of knack in the overall population and therefore there is not thought to be any corellation one way or another.
