I'den

One of the main characters from the ELotH comic book, I'den is a Barber-surgeon and Extremely Elf. With dark skin, prominent ears, dark green hair with light green bangs, and a penchant for two-toned clothing, I'den was the main focus of Annonymous Miranda's costume design, and she regularly appeared in spiffy yet functional outfits and occasionally armor.

In the rough hierarchy of power seen in the comic, I'den, being a barber-surgeon and fighting with two razors, was clearly the weakest offensively. However, she was a master of backstabbing, earning her the nickname "Saint Surgeon" from her friends and "Backstabbing Cockbite" from her assorted enemies.

She was the most cheerful of the characters and served up comic relief in darker issues.

There is some arguement over whether or not she was a stand-in for the author, as I'den ended up as the love interest for Twilight, known to be Miranda's favorite character. Others point out she is more often the subject of author stand-in in Fan Fiction, especially The Forlorn Era.

Her full elfin name, Imelyadrieluthienuvielearyninissiden, is revealed when she applies for her degree in Issue 26
