Gromruffle the Understated

An Elemanifestation, in permanent residence in the Cerulean Citadel, where he is the professor of ERV 101: Introduction to Eulithian Resonance Vectrosity, a brutal class required for all first year students.
Said to be a transdimensional being that exists at all points in time simultaneously. This gives him an excellent frame of reference for having a deep understanding of an eulithian resonance vector, but sadly lacking the common ground understanding of things such as causality that would allow him to explain his subject effectively to his students.
It certainly doesn't help that Gromruffle speaks in a monotone screeching whisper which is at the same time grating and hard to hear.
Typical conversations with Professor Gromruffle goes something like this:
"But professor, how could it be both a theory, a property, and a
phenomenon?" asked the puzzled, wide-eyed young
Elemeshman.
"Certainly..." Gromruffle whisper-shrieked dryly. The young student winced. "As you clearly can see in your 63rd year, you have demonstrated an excellent understanding of the priciples in a scholarly paper. Try looking there first."
Since Gromruffle is a Timenes elemental he was able to manifest in a single instance that spans the entire bredth of time. As a result he does not fade away in linear time in the same way that most Elemanifestations do.
