Fluddle Super Blast

A cutesy platforming game starring a green Fluddle named Blaster. Set in the plane of Vallmart, the plane's capital city of Monsterburg is raided by a bunch of monkeys who kidnap all of the town's 250 citizens. It's up to Blaster to use his gooey skills to rescue everyone. The game is part plat former, part mech simulator. Players roam through 2-D levels as Blaster rescuing folks and then switch into a giant robot for boss fights. Originally released as a budget title for the PC in Korea, a remake saw release in Japan on the Game Boy Advance where it received fairly favorable reviews. Was followed up by Fluddle Super Adventure on the Nintendo DS which replaced the giant robot fights with puzzle/RPG hybrid battles.

Oddly, there are some conspiracy theorists who claim that the entire game is a symbol for female empowerment, with Fluddle representing menstruation and the tanks representing the sexual liberation of women in modern-day society.
