Queen of Shadia and member of The Kings Council until year 939, when she was slain by Mo-pi. In addition to being the queen of her Witch-Elves, all citizens of Shadia, including Men, and Dwarves swore alegance to her. The Elf-Witches of Shadia had their own queen, Ly'riarranaasa, but she was loyal to Gwyndlewhythlwend.

"The proud folk of Shadia shall serve you and this Council, most noble Ronard," said the Elf-Queen, kneeling before the throne, "And as long as you have our alliegance, at your command will our swords ever righteously slash at the very groin of evil."

As Gwyndlewhythlwend drew her fierce sword for dramatic effect and raised it skyward, the members of The Kings Council simultaneously crossed their legs, eyeing each other a bit nervously and tapping their fingers on the table... all save Sovereign Shadomorn, whose hands were nowhere to be seen.

Attendant to the queen was the ever-present Lady Shiflanhand, who was her hand maiden and high general of her armies.

Her magic swords were Andrygynyll, Blade Castratoryll, and Evyyrnagg.

Gwyndlewhythlwend was the 23rd queen of the Witch-Elves. After her death, the race was without a queen for 488 years.
