Elendendium

Elendendium is known as 'the blood of the hierarchs', both in reference to its off-puce colour and its ability to be forged but once. Why these are thought to be typical of Hierarch blood is better left unsaid.

Not to be confused with Elemenstronium, which is completely different.

Elendendium is actually fairly common in Battal, enough so that the few mechanical inventions invented in the course of the world's history are able to run off it with only outrageous costs, instead of insane costs.
