Duchess Downpour

Cunning monarch and ruler of the Mare Lusil hemisphere of Lanumon, Downpour secretly plotted to overthrow Queen Lightrunner for years, and was greviously annoyed when Queen Warula got there first.

Downpour was a Air Elemenstor, a rarity in the tiny world where primarily only Quicksilvers were born. Her control of the weather was so instinctual that the area around the Ebony Citadel changed with her moods. When she was happy, the sun shined down. When she was angry, a furious thunderstorm emerged. Her army of Tethos servants were kept in constant fear of her.

The Duchess apparently delt in illegal weaponry, and she often disposed of incompetent underlings by wielding her very own Immolating Staff of Everlastflame, which was hell on carpets. Her favoring of the staff as her personal weapon was primarily the reason her floors were constructed of marble and sweeped regularly.

After the Silver Star was stolen, she was reincarnated on Battal as a human swordswoman named "Sheena", who ironically ended up befriending Hagane Mikan, the daughter of Lightrunner.
