Droogle's Comet

Named after the famous Astrolonomer Rivkknard Droogle, (who may or may not have slept the night before with the woman who discovered it) this comet has an orbital period of almost exactly 31 yearicles, making it in ancient times a clear reminder that the selected year is a Miracle Yearicle.

Confusion remains as to how such an orbital period is possible, but so few people look at the sky anyway, it's become very much a moot point.

Astrolonomers report that the comet is primarily composed of frozen oily liquids, gases, and sparkling fizzle rocks. They theorize that the comet was created in deep, deep space, where no probing eyes may spy.

Many Millions of Yearicles ago, the comet's passes at Battal would produce a dazzling array of sparks and showers that would light up the night sky and produce a refreshing lemon scent, but each time the comet makes a complete revolution, its path shifts away from Battal by a few degrees, and now Droogle's Comet only produces a mere yellow line across the sky.

Some say the yellow line of Droogle's Comet was the inspiration for Tinkle, one of the 100 Swords of Sepathok.
