A fiendish band of animate icicles, whose motives have yet to be discovered by historians. You know how they say that Ice is better than Water? Well, here's the exception to prove the rule.

Their leader Sagar died at the hands of the Not-So-Great Hero Tas Tas when the latter wielded the Ice Pick of Mild Discomfiture in a duel of Not-Very-Epic proportions.
