A small, svelt, grey-colored deer known for being lightly built. This species can only survive on mint leaves. Native to the Beutrafficades. In a twisted freak of nature, the males of the species desire commitment, while the females will leave the male immediately after mating. This is how the phrase "Dear John" was adapted into the culture of Battal as refering to a note left by a woman who leaves her lover. It is prized for the Obisidian Spur found on its hindquarters, which can be mixed with Essence of Fermentia to make a powerful aphrodesiac.
