An infant monstrosity from the Nastier Planes. It has no set form, constantly shifting shapes - from a tentacled maw full of suckers to a cloud of gas to a flying squirrel to a giant anthropomorphic taco that poops out ice cream. It can turn into or become about anything, but cannot consciously control it's ever-shifting transformations. Being wounded by a Cthulian Welp causes the victim to mutate randomly, and may eventually cause them to transform into another Cthulian Welp as well, which seems to be the species' only means of reproducing itself.
