Coldflame

A moderately powerful Ice Gear that causes a jet of icy blue flame to be conjured when struck. The flame is the opposite of regular Fire, and thus drains the heat out of anything it touches. However, much like fire, it can still spread from place to place. Thus, you can have a house become enveloped in Coldflame from a single errant spark, and the effect will basically be a house covered in a moderate layer of icy frost.

No one knows how to douse Coldflame, so most Coldfame fires end up simply freezing a whole town beefore they run out of materials to spread to. It was thought that hot water would do, but the Coldflame was in fact, so cold, that it froze the heated water.

Regular fire will work, however the result was that instead of everything freezing - everything burned, which was even more undesirable.

It is currently proposed that some sort of Dry Water would be able to extinguish Coldflame.
