The Planet Chrmkqzx

The name for the third day of the week, Battalday, is said to have been inspired by the unpronouncability of this planet. A tiny greenish speck in the southern sky, the planet Chrmkqzx is shrouded in dense clouds, leaving the surface mysterious.

If instruments of science, or divination of wizards, or the elemenstation of Elemenstors could turn their searching gaze skyward and penetrate the layers of fog that cloak the planet they would discover a world rich with life and civilization that was unexpectedly familiar.

The story begins with a mighty battle between the High Elemenstor Jox Poxi and the Sorcer'lier known as Ng the Vile. The two were fighting in a wooded glade where dwelt three families in relative harmony. One family was of Tribbits and was called WetRag. One family was of Cohoris and were known as the Gyntywyndyn. The final family was of Quilp and they called themselves the Quilpfam.

For three days a mighty war of Magicks and Elemenstation was waged and the families cowered in their respective homes. Finally at the end of the third day, Jox Poxi stuck a mighty gear. At the same instance, Ng cast a spell of such great force that when the two forces struck, the very land around them was sundered from Battal. The whole forest and surrounding land hurtled into space with great ballistic force, taking the families and combatants with it.

For days they drifted through space, a temporary truce staying the fight. Between their abilities they kept a bubble of air around the land. Eventually they found that they were nearing a bright and shining world. The Elemenstor managed to steer them toward it and they made a landing.

The rest as they say is history. The population of the three races spread across the planet, and the two spell casters went back to their fight, which now is largely a strategic cold war which rages across the lands.
