Bothorian mines

Bothorian mines are not a specific class of mine; rather, they are all the mines mined by Bothorians. As the mines they mine consist of similar mines, Bothorian mines in practice are a specific class of mine, but should the Bothorians in the future mine any further mines, those mines too will become Bothorian mines, rendering an attempt to classify all Bothorian mines under the current working definition of Bothorian mines a wildly innacurate gesture at best.

At this time, all Bothorian mines are mines established by the Bothorians to mine all manner of precious and semi-precious gems, stones, and ores. What sets them apart (at least until the Bothorians decide to mine other mines) are the Rubian Crystals that permeate the mines. Once the true power of the crystals was discovered, the Bothorians further established mines to mine Rubian.

Just because all Bothorian mines mine primarily Rubian Crystals does not mean Bothorian mines are Rubian mines. If they were, they would just be called Rubian Mines. Bothorian mines, as a term, exists to differentiate any later mines Bothorians establish from mines not mined by Bothorians.

The Bothorians are very methodical in their application of terms describing, among other things, their mining practices (Bothorian Mining Practices) and the locations in which they practice these practices (Bothorian mines).
