Red humanoid creatures that appear to be people with heads that look like cowskulls and a body that resembles that of a man, aside from missing skin and dog-like feet. They are the restless spirits of those who have been slain by dyemons, and they're as creepy as all get out. Most recognized by their ear-splitting scream, which paralyzes all who hear it. It then approaches a victim and . . . for lack of better words, begins to mercilessly hump them to death. Those who have been "humped" by a Bloodkin transform into a Bloodkin themselves a day later.

They are particularly vulnerable to death caused by two things: sunlight and point-blank explosions.
