Bloodfruit Pies

A theoretical foodstuff mentioned in the Cycle and attempted by CanAmeriMexican Foodstuffs Inc., nobody quite knows what a bloodfruit pie is as nobody quite knows what a Bloodfruit is like, beyond that it looks suspiciously like, yet tastes nothing like, a melon.

Attempts have been made by numerous culinary-skilled fans to try and capture the nonexistant taste of bloodfruit; such unusual flavors as grape, potato chip, and (in one unfortunate office party at the Wizbits animation studio) human blood with paprika.

The results to recreate the pie using real world ingredients has produced results consistantly described as "An extremely disappointing Pie by all accounts."
