Artifact Guild of the Ice Elemenstors

It is rumored that the Ice Elemenstors have a so-called Artifact Guild, a grand hall of priceless ancient treasures guarded day and night by dedicated accolytes who study, catalog, and protect their assortment of weapons, staves, scrolls, armor, and precious enchanted jewelry.

No non-ice elemenstor has ever seen this structure, which is reportedly massive and made from solid ice. When cornered and ask directly, no Ice Elemenstor has been found that has actually been to such a shrine, but all insist that it exists and they know people who have seen it with their own eyes.

The Item Law Makers Guild, upon hearing of this place, wanted to find it to bring litigation against the Ice Elemenstors in charge of it, but as of yet even the mighty ILMG has not found this mysterious place.
