Angyels

Bogyn's Nastiness Rating: Various. As little as -11 (Harmless) for the ones that appear to be female, at least 42 (Horrifically Nasty) for the archangels of the end-times

Creature Families: Divine

Angyels are celestial beings that reside in the Higher Celestial Range of Battal. Usually compared to angels, not much is known about these beings except for the fact that (according to legend) they gave the realm of Battal a sword known as Excelsius. It is thought that they are the servants or offspring of the Celestial Entities of No Religious Affiliation (CENRAs).

It is said there are 21 Angyelic orders, although only nineteen have been mentioned thus far in the canon:

The Holy Rods

Blue humanoid angyels with six shining wings. Their duty is chiefly to protect children from evil, and are easily identifiable by their giant golden rods they carry with them.

The Twin Arches

Pink all-female Angyels with eight wings. Known for their bows shaped like twin golden arches. Their duty is to protect families and deliver food unto the needy.

The Bare Bottoms

Angyels that look like naked children with wings. Their chief duty is to flash people with baby behinds and sell merchandise to middle-aged women.

The Key Bearers

Four-winged angyels wielding gigantic keychains. Their duty is to protect entrances.

The Love Daggers

Pink male angyels with daggers shaped like hearts. Their duty is to cause people to fall in love by stabbing them in the back of the head with their magical daggers.

The Silver Scepters

Female angyels with four wings dressed in battle armor whose duty is to decide who wins wars.

The Platinum Blades

Male angyels in shining green armor who wield gigantic swords of doom and who are charged with selflessly throwing themselves at whatever looks evil.

The Diamond Flames

Giant angyels that resemble huge pink dragons. Their duty is to raise funding for the other orders via bake sales.

The Opal Fang

Giant angyels that resemble huge golden dragons. They mainly do clerical work.

The Sacred Hardboiled

Angyels that look like eggs with wings sticking out of them. Their main duty is to make sure eggs are tasty.

The Shining Gates

Angyels with gleaming shovels and eight wings. They're in charge of getting rid of any incriminating evidence the other Angyels may leave.

The Morning Star

An angyel with 1000 wings who rebelled against his masters and began listening to alternative music and keeping himself locked in his room during dinner and possibly experimented with drugs.

The Grand Rings

Tiny white angyels with two rings whose job is to polish and clean up after the other orders.

The Shining Lights

Angyels that are just floating heads. Their duty is to inspire artists, but they usually just scare the crap out of them.

Archangels of the End Times

Exactly what you would expect.

Great Devas of 42 Baker Street

Angyels who watch over animals. It's hard to look at them directly.

The Emerald Planets

Massive reptillian angyels who are charged with fighting against Dyemons.

Sunny Rubies

Massive and powerful angyels who are the right-hand men of many deities.
