Anagram Phrases

(see also Brahe Code)

Tycho Brahe, author of the The Elemenstor Cycle, has been referenced a number of times in The Wizbits. The most common occurance of this is in various catchprases said by characters, which are actually anagrams of his name. These phrases include:

  • "Ah, by Hector?"
  • "Hey, hot crab!"
  • "Try Beach, Ho"
  • "By the Roach"
  • "by 'Chat Hero'"
  • "Hay Botcher"
  • "Coy Herb Hat"
  • "He, Thy Cobra!"
  • "Or Thy Beach!"
  • "Beachy Thor!"
  • "Bach Theory!"
  • "They Broach!"
  • "Rye Batch, HO!"
  • "Bah! TORCH YE!"
  • "Abhor Techy"
  • "Echo Thy Bra" (to which is often replied, "Achey Both")
  • "BOY HATCHER!"
  • "The Arch Boy"
  • "Chat By Hero"
  • "Oh, Racy Beth!"
  • "Botchy Hare!"
  • "Ha! Bye, Torch!"
  • "By Ochre Hat..."

Fans of The Wizbits have taken to using these phrases as a way of finding other fans at a gathering. Under this system, a fan will say one phrase, such as "Hey, hot crab!", and wait for someone to reply with a different phrase, such as "Ah, by Hector?". At this point they will then go off and discuss the differences between The Wizbits and ElamenSTAR for three hours or so.
