Ambulatory Furniture Infection
A disease contracted by Furniliars but spreadable to their masters. Ambulatory Dressers are especially vulnerable to this illness.
AFI is caught when a furniliar gets splashed by something really really diseased, such as Blood Fever blood or some glowing green substance no doubt swarming with disastrous toxins. Contact with the furniliar spreads whatever the furniliar has to its companion.
The most infamous spread of AFI was carried on by a lazy Susan who was unaware she had contracted nothing less than a virulent strain of Grey Death, which led to a catastrophic plague. "Gray Death Susan" is a common slang term for a carrier of AFI.
