Vhadxi's Vampyre queen, Adhnaten, was as exotic and beautiful as she was power-hungry. Like her husband, she enjoyed seducing human and vampyre women. Luring him to her bedchamber, she stabbed him during the Vampyric Wars in 903, and hastily tried to seize leadership of her husband's empire. He was not dead, however, and soon deposed his treacherous queen.

Adhnaten is also credited with the invention of the scarf, and possibly the discovery of the Really Big Hole.

Purportedly died in 904 at the hand of her newly ressurected zombie-husband, Vhadxi.
